ACRA Electric is an established business looking for a customer service/project coordinator to add to our office staff. We have over 45 years of experience serving the local community, and we are looking for someone professional and organized who will be able to continue with our promise of quality customer service.

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for customer communication throughout the project process: taking initial customer information, scheduling estimates, inputting project information in our systems, pulling permits, assisting with scheduling, and final billing.

This person will also communicate with our partners in the industry in requesting projects’ status and readiness and then communicating scheduling with the customers.

We expect this person to work as a part of our team with a positive attitude and a drive to take ownership and pride in their work.

Qualifications:

Professional appearance

Must be able to provide excellent and professional customer service

Must have good computer skills

Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills

Drug free
